Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all original tags (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at homiestore163@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or sale items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, please return the eligible item following our return policy, and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
